All Edifier products included FREE postage to any UK mainland address. Please note that we only ship to the UK.

As soon as you complete checkout we will email you to let you know your order has been received and as soon as we've shipped your order, we'll let you know by email that it has been despatched and also include the tracking number if applicable. We use Royal Mail’s signed for service for smaller items and orders and DPD’s next working day service for larger items and orders.

Collections

All in stock Edifier products can be collected from our local warehouse. Please select the pickup option on checkout.

We will email you when your order is ready to collect (please do not come to collect before receiving this email). Please bring your confirmation email with you when you pickup your order.

Warranty & Returns

All of our Edifier products come with a 1 year's manufacturer warranty against defects. Please contact us to clarify any warranty details if needed.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase when it arrives please contact us immediately. Here at edifier.online we offer a hassle free 7 day returns policy. Simply return the product in it's original unused condition to the return address on your invoice within 7 days of your receipt and we will issue a replacement or refund. All of our Edifier products are brand new and sealed.
